We’re seeking a Founders’ Associate & Operations Specialist who will be the Swiss-army knife behind the scenes—solving problems before they surface and driving mission-critical projects across the company. One day you’ll prep the next board deck; the next you’ll map a new onboarding workflow or negotiate a vendor contract. You’ll shadow the CEO and COO, acting as a force multiplier who turns ideas into repeatable processes and keeps our early-stage rocket ship on course.
